Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

About the Role:

  • Strategize and execute daily tasks of regional franchises to achieve high standards of productivity and efficiency.
  • Build robust professional connections with key clients, fostering trust and openness.
  • Discover new avenues for business expansion and explore partnerships.
  • Monitor the success of onboarded partners and franchises through regular evaluations.

Key Accountabilities:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise franchise units to guarantee consistent achievement of performance targets.
  • Maintain close collaboration with regional teams and central offices.
  • Establish best practices for process improvement and innovation.
  • Deliver rapid fixes for operational bottlenecks, minimizing downtime.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Initial employment will be offered for three years on contract basis; extension possible based on needs.
  • Probationary period: six months.
  • Management has the discretion to accept/reject candidate applications at its own judgment.
  • Interview/call letters shall only be sent to the pre-selected applicants.
  • Candidates need to present medical fitness and character certificates.
  • Required NOC from existing employer.
  • Prohibited use of digital devices during the assessment/testing phase.
  • Candidates have to supply authenticated educational documents certified by HEC.
