Job Title: Telesales Representative

Cold calling is a vital part of any sales strategy, and as a telesales representative, you will play a key role in turning prospects into clients.

This position involves several responsibilities:

  1. Making initial contact with potential clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  2. Collaborating with the lead generation team to convert warm leads into meetings.
  3. FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS FROM EMAIL, LINKEDIN, AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH CAMPAIGNS TO CONVERT THEM INTO MEETINGS.
  4. Utilizing RingCentral, Aircall, and Twilio for efficient calling and call tracking.
  5. Maintaining detailed records in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Gong.io for pipeline management.

The following tools will be used:

  1. Cloud-based VoIP calling technology
  2. AI-powered call tracking and analytics software
  3. CRM systems for tracking lead status and follow-ups
  4. Proposal and contract automation tools
  5. Social selling and prospecting platforms
Job Specification

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. The ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone
  3. Strong listening and objection-handling skills
  4. A resilient and goal-oriented mindset
  5. The ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively

In terms of education and experience:

  1. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  2. Fresh to 1-2 years of experience in a related field
