Job Title: Logistics Lead

Overview

A leading UK-based restaurant group is seeking a highly organized and fluent English-speaking logistics professional to join their Lahore-based operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end logistics operations including purchasing, shipments, and delivery schedules.

  2. Coordinate directly with UK-based teams and vendors to ensure timely order processing.

  3. Prepare and review all import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance with UK and Pakistani regulations.

  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  5. Identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and propose improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

  6. Generate regular logistics reports covering shipment status, inventory levels, delays, and cost analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics/supply chain role, preferably with international coordination.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

  • Strong command of logistics operations, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work effectively under pressure.
