Job Title: Visual Development Artist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Development Artist to join our team and collaborate with 3D visualizers in setting the mood, cameras, and themes for architectural renderings of both exterior and interior spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong understanding of architectural principles, and ability to translate concepts into visually stunning renderings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop mood boards, concept sketches, and color palettes to establish the visual direction of each project.
  • Create detailed digital references or AI generated illustrations to communicate the desired mood, lighting, and atmosphere for both exterior and interior spaces.
  • Assist 3D visualizers in setting up cameras and composing scenes within 3D software to accurately represent the design vision.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that architectural renderings align with the project's goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Development Artist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and perspective drawing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
