As a seasoned Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expansion for our organization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Medical Billing to build strong relationships with clients and prospects, and to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical billing to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the Medical Billing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Strong self-motivation, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
