Job Title

The Cybersecurity Solutions Expert role is a key position in developing complete solution development cycles from pre-sales support to final solution design and proposal delivery.

  • Developing customer presentations for business development and opportunities
  • Design the solutions according to best practices based on various standards such as IEC-62443/NIST/NCA/ISO etc.
Key Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Solutions Expert will be responsible for:

  • Working in close coordination with other Cybersecurity Consultants, SMEs, and Sales Team to ensure timely and quality delivery of solution proposals and presenting technical and commercial elements of the proposal in support of a bidding cycle.
  • Providing support in developing and maintaining cybersecurity vendor partnerships.
  • Participating in activities such as site surveys, requirement gathering workshops as and when required.
  • Responding to various proposal requests and supporting in bids preparation ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Leading initiatives relating to standardisation initiatives (i.e. creating new techniques, methods, processes, templates, tools etc), to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinating with our Technology Partners for solution development as well as identifying new potential partners to help meet new customer requirements.
  • Supporting in development of marketing/business product collateral together with Marketing Team.
  • Working with Vendors as partners and coordinating for taking required proposals from existing and new technology/solution vendors along with negotiating with suppliers.
  • Developing standard procedures and demonstrating excellent writing skills to produce high-level execution philosophy, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms & conditions for customers' understanding.
