Job Summary:

Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and complete data entry into the ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have experience in item setup, merchandising support, supply chain management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding process for new items into the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Partner with Category Managers, Sales Teams, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers to gather and verify item setup information.
  • Maintain and update master data records for new and existing SKUs.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve item setup issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors during the item setup process.
  • Support seasonal or category resets by managing item transitions and lifecycle updates.
  • Conduct regular audits of item files to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in item setup, merchandising support, supply chain management, or related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP and data management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
