Job Title: Energy Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Associate to join our team. As an Energy Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client support for global clients across various sectors in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for research and knowledge sharing with diverse clients through calls, emails, and web-chats.
  • Channel client ideas and feedback to content and product management teams to enhance database and product quality.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in natural gas, power, and coal sectors.
  • Record webcasts demonstrating S&P Global Market Intelligence products and covering major industry trends.
  • Collaborate with clients and financial modelling team to create customized data-driven Excel models.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing efforts to ensure high-quality products meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, the energy industry, or global economy.
  • Excellent critical thinking, writing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Team-player mentality with strong collaboration skills.
  • Customer-centric with a positive personality.
  • Flexible scheduling including night shifts.
