The Government College University Faisalabad is inviting applications for a Junior Scientist position in the Department of Biochemistry. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of biosensors and environmental monitoring.
Job Details:
The selected candidate will work on the Fabrication of paper-based pop-up electrochemical device for the rapid detection of arsenic in drinking water and blood serum project. The role involves designing and developing innovative solutions for environmental monitoring using biosensors.
The ideal candidate should have an M.Phil. in Chemistry or Biochemistry with experience in biosensor studies. A strong background in analytical techniques, such as chromatography and spectroscopy, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of biosensors
- Conduct experiments and data analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:

What We Offer:
This is a one-year contract position with a monthly stipend of PKR 20,000. The successful candidate will also receive training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
