This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

  • Review software requirements to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
  • Prepare and review test plans and test cases to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report defects and prepare test reports to track progress and identify trends.

Design and Development:

  • Design and execute IT software tests to evaluate compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare test scripts and all required test documentation.
  • Create test data to simulate real-world scenarios.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete test procedures.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain test processes and test cases.

Test Execution:

  • Perform test execution in development, test, and production environments.
  • Write test plans for assigned projects and maintain records of test progress.
  • Document test results and prepare reports as appropriate.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with TFS, Microsoft Team/Test Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience writing test cases, test scripts, creating/testing bugs/issues.
  • Preferably working experience on Selenium.
