**Digital Marketing Lead Position Summary**

The Digital Marketing Lead will design and implement the social media and digital strategy for LUMS. This includes communicating with various audiences using social media, managing main social profiles on a variety of platforms, and coordinating digital content.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining a bird's eye view of social media channels, reworking the social media strategy to ensure relevance to current trends, and strategizing a sustainable balance of actionable, shareable, engaging, cutting-edge content per channel.
  • The successful candidate will create original, authentic, high-quality content for prospective students, donors, and alumni, monitor the university's social media channels daily, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to set paid and organic social media strategies.
  • This role also involves working with the media team to lead the photography and videography content strategy and creation for social media, building and maintaining a content calendar for admissions, donor, and alumni engagement, and tracking, reporting, and responding to social media metrics and engagement.
