Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in overseeing the planning, supervision, and coordination of repair and maintenance of equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to ensure safety and minimum downtime. This includes recommending overhaul of equipment to prevent operational disruptions and proposing the best rectification solutions.

In addition, the successful candidate will supervise technicians and junior staff to ensure effective team performance, troubleshoot, rectify, and reactivate equipment to minimize delays during breakdowns, and ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.

The Maintenance Supervisor will also enforce safety policies, good housekeeping, and best practices, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle, Mechatronic, or Diesel Mechanic, relevant experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, & Pneumatic systems preferred, and a minimum LTA Class 3 driving license or above.
