Senior Accountant

We are seeking experienced accountants with a strong background in working with UK clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for an accountant at our office, requiring preparation of financial statements, trial balances, VAT returns, reconciliations, tax calculations & returns, and other core accounting functions.

This is a senior position, requiring 2+ years of experience working in an accounting practice with UK clients. We primarily work with small businesses across various industries, offering a wide range of services including:

  • Sole Trader & Limited Company Bookkeeping
  • Payroll
  • VAT Returns
  • CIS
  • Companies House (Changes of PSC / Owners / Directors)
  • Client queries

You will also be responsible for managing a team of 4 people, training them, and pushing them to become great accountants. This will enable you to grow further with the business.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fully or Part-Qualified (UK) ACCA
  • At least 2 Years of experience with UK Clients
  • Experience Working in Accounting practice
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (VAT, CIS, Payroll, Statutory Accounts, Reconciliations, etc.)
  • Good proficiency in using Google Sheets & Google Docs
