Administrative Support Role Required

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Accountabilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects positively on our organization.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Support other departments as needed, showcasing adaptability and teamwork capabilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing for efficient management of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
