Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Hiring Specialist to source, screen, and hire exceptional IT professionals. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment process, engage with candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest IT industry trends and be able to utilize effective sourcing tools for pipeline management.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates for technical positions including analyzing resumes and cover letters.
  • Conducting initial interviews and coordinating the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools to effectively manage the pipeline.
  • Staying updated on the latest IT industry trends and best practices in hiring strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in technical recruitment with knowledge of IT roles is essential.
  • Strong communication and sourcing skills including proficiency in LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
