As a Retail Officer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with individual donors in the retail sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential donors, submit proposals tailored to their interests, and secure funding commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish contact with potential individual donors in the retail sector.
  • Engage with donors and submit proposals suited to their motivation and appetite.
  • Finalize and close proposals where donors agree to fund projects.
  • Record and maintain databases of donation box placements and individual donors.
  • Conduct town storming activities in malls, mosques, markets, and societies, including flyer distribution, kiosk activity, displaying banners, hawker activity, and data collection.
  • Maintain relationships with existing donors and provide regular feedback on their contributions.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or department manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
