About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective B2B lead generation strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Lead Generation: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to drive business growth through email marketing campaigns, multi-channel marketing efforts, and prospect database management.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using segmentation, A/B testing, and data analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and email marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in B2B lead generation with measurable results.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Strong expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Experience: Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web).
  • CRM and Automation Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical, Communication, and Project Management Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
