Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Stitching Unit Head to oversee the production of our textile products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Polyester Wadding Unit, Ball Fiber & Pillow Filling Unit, Lamination Unit, and a small size stitching unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Meet production targets and maintain cost controls
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Provide regular reports to Directors on manufacturing facility activities
  • Control workflow across all departments and suggest improvements

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in textile engineering or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in stitching/quilting units (polyester wadding unit experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in workforce management
  • Computer literacy
