Applications are invited for the appointment of Legal Advisor(s) on a per-case basis. The ideal candidate will be a qualified, competent, and motivated legal practitioner with expertise in High Court practice.

A- Eligibility Criteria for High Court Cases
  • Required Qualifications:
    • LLM from any HEC recognized institution.
    • Enrollment as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years professional experience in High Court practice.
    • At least 3 years relevant experience in dealing with matters related to Higher Educational Institutions.
B- Eligibility Criteria for Local Court Cases
  • Required Qualifications:
    • LLB from any HEC recognized institution.
    • Enrollment as an Advocate of the High Court.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years professional experience in High Court practice.
    • At least 5 years relevant experience in dealing with matters related to Higher Educational Institutions.

The appointment shall be made on a case-by-case basis for cases of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court, and District Courts.

Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in dealing with University affairs and those well-versed with University Rules & Regulations.

Candidates must send their CV to the University Attorney along with attested copies of documents. A Committee constituted by the Vice Chancellor will assess and recommend a panel of candidates based on required professional credentials.

The University reserves the right not to recommend or consider any application without assigning a reason.
