We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote our Web-Based POS Software to retailers, distributors, and restaurants.

About the Role
  • You will engage with potential clients on-site, generate leads, demonstrate our software, and drive sales in the designated market.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients in the retail and restaurant sectors within the assigned territory.
  2. Visit shops, retailers, and restaurants to introduce our Web-Based POS Software, engaging with business owners, understanding their needs, and presenting how our solution can streamline their operations.
  3. Generate leads by creating comprehensive reports with shop names, contact details, and remarks on their interest in our product. Capture contact information for interested parties.
  4. Showcase our software on mobile or laptop devices to potential clients, emphasizing its features and benefits. Provide live demonstrations to highlight ease of use and functionality.
  5. Distribute business pamphlets to potential clients, offering quick overviews of our software and its advantages.
  6. Provide brief training sessions to interested clients, ensuring they have basic understandings of the software and its capabilities.
  7. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals with clients. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Submit detailed reports on sales visits, leads generated, and sales closures. Keep management informed of market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
  • Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and software.
  • Willingness to travel shop to shop and represent product within the assigned territory.
  • Results-driven with focus on customer satisfaction.
