Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience and hold a degree in Commerce or Business Administration.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Export/Import Documentation & Processes
    • Manage export/import documentation independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Handle all relevant banking processes related to exports and imports.
    • Coordinate and delegate tasks efficiently based on employee expertise and order requirements.
  2. Shipment Monitoring & Compliance
    • Oversee international shipments to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
    • Plan and manage the dispatch of goods for both outgoing and incoming shipments.
  3. Pricing & Order Management
    • Develop accurate pricing strategies for products based on new client orders.
    • Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
  4. Communication & Coordination
    • Collaborate with management, production, and packing teams to execute export plans effectively.
    • Provide clear and professional communication regarding daily operations and future plans to top management.
  5. Logistics Management
    • Manage relationships with local and international freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  6. Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to all government laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
    • Develop and implement policies and systems for managing documentation processes related to imports and exports.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of custom regulations and banking procedures in the export/import industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding processes.
  • The ability to adapt to regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
