About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for an Engineering Team Lead to head our DeFi Dapp development efforts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality applications.

The ideal candidate has prior team leadership or management experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality DeFi Dapps products, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
  • Oversee all phases of development, from concept to implementation, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring team members to ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability, performance, and security requirements.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software engineering focusing on DeFi Dapp, mobile app or Web applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products.
  • Strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile-first development practices, third-party integrations, and API usage.
