Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to lead a team of experienced tax professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, practical commercial and legislative knowledge, and the ability to manage and coordinate the delivery of tax services.

The successful individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening valued internal and external relationships while ensuring the highest quality services are delivered to clients. They will also monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, identify and escalate risks, and drive performance-improvement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • MBA, Masters, or another advanced degree, along with professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
  • Strong background in corporate tax, tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services company or similar environment.
  • Managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
