Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent counseling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel parents on the importance of circumcision procedures.
  • Screen babies for eligibility based on set criteria.
  • Ensure accurate data entry on forms and digital platforms.
  • Take informed consent from parents or guardians prior to procedures.
  • Provide post-procedure care guidance to parents.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess baby's well-being on Day 1, Day 7, and Day 10.
  • Maintain stock levels of consumables and equipment.
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent counseling and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
