Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our company's products and services. This includes writing, managing, and completing content for proposals and proposal responses to RFPs.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop written proposals from start to finish. Your exceptional writing skills should demonstrate a natural command of language, organization, and flow.

This role requires you to work in a self-directed manner, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating high-quality written content that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Managing and executing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting budget constraints.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA or BS degree in English, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
