Remote Bookkeeper Job Description

As a remote bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. You will also manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, and perform month-end close procedures.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of Excel and a passion for growth. A degree in Business or Commerce is required. The work schedule is flexible, with the majority of working hours between 2 pm and 6 pm. Extended hours may be necessary on occasion.

You will need to provide your own laptop that meets certain specifications, as well as a stable internet connection and fast typing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
