Job Title:

A Marketing Assistant role is available to support social media growth strategies. This position involves working with eCommerce brands and skilled professionals to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring TikTok trends and suggesting brand-aligned content ideas.
  • Assisting in managing the TikTok content calendar, coordinating with creators or internal teams.
  • Researching and shortlisting potential influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Managing outreach via DMs or email and maintaining communication logs.
  • Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
  • Tracking and reporting on influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
  • Excellent written English and messaging etiquette.
  • Organized and able to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, TikTok, and CRM or influencer platforms.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
