Maintenance Specialist

The primary goal of this junior level position is to ensure the successful execution of maintenance management and lead the implementation of a factory asset maintenance program. This will involve minimizing unplanned stops, optimizing maintenance costs, and increasing asset intensity.

• Key responsibilities include driving maintenance activities for Filling & Packing equipment, collaborating with R&D and suppliers, and providing professional support for optimal use and performance of filling & packaging machines.
• Additionally, this role involves establishing and controlling maintenance routines to guarantee timely and high-quality execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish routine maintenance tasks to ensure their execution in time and to high quality standards.
• Lead the implementation of maintenance methodologies across filling and packaging machinery.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources to implement and execute maintenance routines and methodologies.
• Develop training programs for factory maintenance staff and manage competence building plans.
• Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering on topics outlined in the Roles and Responsibilities matrix.
• Support the implementation of AM pillar methodologies and coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects and safety risks.
• Ensure the dissemination of best practices and knowledge at factories through the development of competencies and utilization of available training materials.
