Digital Marketing Professional

OneWood in Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  2. Pitch and sell digital services to clients and prospects, including the development of customized sales proposals and budget plans.
  3. Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize revenue generation from various digital channels.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates, meetings, and phone calls to ensure their needs are met.
  5. Ensure seamless data management and accuracy using CRM tools to track traffic, leads, and sales performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a must.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing is required.
  • The ability to develop innovative solutions and think creatively is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for successful collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques are desirable.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills are critical for success in this role.

Background:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency is beneficial.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in selling digital marketing services is mandatory.
  3. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment to generate leads and deliver digital marketing services.
  4. Strong understanding of pre-sales discussions and concurrent management of multiple clients and prospects.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and its application in sales and customer relationship management.
