Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of cancer care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive care.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a nurse in a hospital or related setting, preferably in oncology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competency in computer use and basic software applications, such as electronic medical records and billing systems.
  • A valid nursing license and registration with the relevant professional bodies.
