Job Description

The key to success in this role is the ability to efficiently process documentation and communicate effectively with customers, supply chain departments, and government agencies. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of necessary documents for international shipments.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, often via online channels.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Supply Chain department regarding order completion and dispatch.
  • Providing regular updates on international orders and shipments to overseas customers.
  • Negotiating with shipping lines to optimize transit times and freight rates, taking into account customer preferences.
  • Accurately processing and filing rebates for international shipments.
  • Maintaining all necessary documents, forms, and certificates to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and lawful export operations.
  • Leveraging sales efforts to enhance reputation, market leadership, and revenue growth.
  • Overseeing the smooth process of export operations, from international sales orders to dispatch.
  • Coordinating with government agencies for attestation and endorsement of export documents.

This position requires a strong focus on attention to detail, effective time management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
