Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing services to our growing customer base of used car dealerships. This includes visiting assigned markets daily, ensuring that all stock is updated on our platform, and providing training to dealership owners and sales agents on proper usage of our application and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned market on a daily basis and ensure that the entire stock (cars & bikes) of all assigned dealers is updated on our platform.
  • Provide training to dealership owners and sales agents on proper usage of our application and products.
  • Provide advice to dealerships regularly on how they can improve the quality of their listings and increase their sales through our platform.
  • Use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell our products to current and prospective clients (i.e. Car Dealers).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and continually achieve sales growth by helping clients grow their sales through our platform.
  • Work closely with the head office to ensure the achievement of pre-defined targets.
  • Be the brand ambassador for our company and attend auto-related events to promote our brands through all possible means.
  • Provide in-depth feedback to assigned dealerships on how to improve their sales by using our tools and services effectively.
  • Introduce new products and offerings from time to time and ensure good uptake of these new products in assigned accounts.
  • Continually achieve revenue growth by helping existing clients grow their sales through our platform.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts with existing clients.
  • Build great relationships with assigned dealerships by maintaining a close follow-up and regular visits.
