Business Proposal Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will leverage your APMP certification and expertise to develop high-quality, compelling business proposals that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and draft business proposals tailored to client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids
- Address queries related to proposals and raise concerns after assessing Terms of Reference (ToRs)
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries
- Ensure proposals are compliant with business requirements and reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation
- Apply APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional) best practices to ensure high-quality, professional proposals
- A degree in English language & Literature is required
- At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department is preferred
- Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs is an advantage
- Proven success in managing and winning competitive bids/Proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is an asset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
