Job Overview

We're seeking experienced Digital Content Specialists who can turn strategy into growth. You'll take ownership of creating impactful content, driving engagement, and helping clients connect authentically with their audience across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights
  • Design branded graphics and edit short-form videos based on provided footage
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions using the right tone and brand voice
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Proven success in growing accounts and driving engagement
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual content and short-form video work
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with scheduling/analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English
