Video Content Creator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to produce high-quality video content for various projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and record high-quality video footage for projects such as promotional videos, social media content, events, interviews, etc. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other accessories. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
    • Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Add graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the final product. Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites).
    • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to meet project goals and deadlines.
    • Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Organize and archive video files and assets for future use.
    • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest video production and editing trends, tools, and technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment or software.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Video Shooting and Editing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of Camera Equipment: Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Color Grading and Visual Effects: Knowledge of color grading and visual effects.
  • Social Media Trends: Familiarity with social media trends and video optimization techniques.
