About the role

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the growth of our Amazon brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling private label brands, leveraging advanced strategies to drive sales and profits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing techniques to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
PCC Campaign Excellence

You will be responsible for managing Amazon PPC campaigns, utilizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Utilize data insights to optimize campaign structures, bid strategies, and keyword targeting.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making

As a key member of our team, you'll analyze performance data from Amazon and other sources to inform strategic decisions.

  • Analyze KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to maximize sales and profit impact.
Listings Optimization & Conversion Enhancement

You will oversee the end-to-end optimization of product listings, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content.

  • Proactively monitor ASIN performance metrics to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Continuously refine listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Amazon-specific roles, with a proven track record of scaling private label brands.
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon advertising, including campaign structures, bid strategies, and keyword targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
