We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team with a focus on automation and AI-assisted testing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality engineering, cutting-edge technology, and leading high-performing teams in the delivery of software products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams, as well as experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.

They will also have hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

A strong background in cloud-based testing and containerized environments, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as experience with test management and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Bamboo.

The role requires excellent leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and innovation.

The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for implementing and driving agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams, leading QA engineers and automation testers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.

The role also involves overseeing planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle, ensuring proper test coverage across releases, and defining and monitoring key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation.
  • Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
