Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities within the shop. This includes maintaining optimal inventory levels, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all walk-in customers, and assisting the shop manager in achieving sales targets.

Job Specification
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service skills and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, including active and dead items, to ensure seamless supply and demand.
  • Work collaboratively with the shop manager to implement effective visual merchandising strategies that enhance store appearance and drive sales.
  • Assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash handling and point-of-sale systems as required.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Pleasant personality, with excellent customer service training and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
