Legal Document Specialist


About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to support our Tax Department. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive initiatives that align with our firm's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transcribing typed materials accurately into common language
  • Arranging and presenting documents in a logical order
  • Maintaining proper order of documents to be handed to officers
  • Maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs
  • Arranging meetings and collecting information for supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe typed materials
  • Organize and present documents logically
  • Ensure document confidentiality
  • Support supervisor with meeting arrangements

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate/Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the same domain
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
