Job Title: Social Media CoordinatorJob Description:

The role of a Social Media Coordinator involves managing and executing social media strategies to promote the organization's brand and engage with its audience.

This includes creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future content.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the creative team to develop compelling messages and visuals that showcase the organization's services and offerings.

You will also be tasked with collecting data from digital marketing platforms to track engagement, growth, and other key metrics.

Using analytical tools, you will identify trends and provide recommendations for content or strategy adjustments to ensure maximum impact.

Furthermore, you will maintain a content library, organize digital assets, and coordinate meetings or reviews as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or Mass Communication is preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Coordinate with the creative team to create compelling content and visuals.
