Job Title: Real Estate Telesales RepresentativeJob Description:
  • We engage in outbound calls to prospective real estate clients to promote and sell properties.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • We provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and facilitate scheduling property viewings.
  • We listen to clients' needs, address inquiries, and offer relevant information to aid their decision-making processes.
  • Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
  • We collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
  • We strive to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
  • We deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional real estate education is beneficial.
  • At least six months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
