
Tele Sales Specialist for Properties

- We engage in outbound calls to prospective real estate clients to promote and sell properties.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
- We provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and facilitate scheduling property viewings.
- We listen to clients' needs, address inquiries, and offer relevant information to aid their decision-making processes.
- Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
- We collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
- We strive to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
- We deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional real estate education is beneficial.
- At least six months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
