Backend Developer

We're looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js to support our platform's features.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Backend Service Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js to support our platform's features.
  • Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to manage data storage, retrieval, and security.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless API integration and optimize data flows.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of the platform.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
    • APIs: Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
    • Databases: Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
    • Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to diagnose issues and optimize backend performance.
  • Security: Understanding of backend security best practices to ensure data integrity and protect against vulnerabilities.
