Sales Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Expert to join our Project Sales team in Lahore. As a key player, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients for project sales, conducting market research to understand customer needs and market trends, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for project sales, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on customer needs and market trends, ensuring we remain competitive in the industry.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM.
- Promote our projects to prospective clients, utilizing your negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.
- ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM SUCCESS BY WORKING INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
- Participate in sales events and exhibitions, representing Oxbridge Digital and promoting our brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in real estate or project sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- A valid driver's license is highly desirable, but not essential.
