Social Media Executive Job

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence and creating engaging content. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing reputation factors, measuring brand reputation, creating positive client experiences, and providing professional responses to negative comments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field.
  • 3.5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
  • Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools.
  • Working knowledge of content development and management.

You should have excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a night shift environment and be willing to relocate to Gujrat, West Bengal.

About the Role:

  1. Analyze reputation factors and measure brand reputation.
  2. Create an amazing client experience by providing positive content via email, posts, and tweets.
  3. Contribute to the brand's excellent reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services from various outlets.
  4. Examine negative comments on social media to provide positive and professional responses.
  5. Recognize possible negative situations and crises and use conflict resolution concepts to solve issues.
  6. Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats.
  7. Monitor and assess revised and new content to make improvement suggestions for SEO optimization.
  8. Detect ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analyzing online data.
  9. Submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3.5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
  • Hands-on experience with social analytics, SEO, business intelligence, and social media listening tools, such as Sprout Social, Keyhole, Mention, and BuzzSumo.
  • Working knowledge of content development and management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
