The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Lahore market. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the IT services industry and a proven track record of achievement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior business development staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in business development and client management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business sales and development within the IT services sector in the International Market specifically USA/North America.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, cyber-security, software development, staff augmentation, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
