Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven professional to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  2. Content Creation and Scheduling: Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
  3. Social Media Account Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.
  5. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  6. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain the brand's competitive edge.
  7. Paid Social Media Advertising: Run paid social media ads and manage budgets, targeting specific demographics to increase reach and conversions.
  8. Influencer and Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and online communities to promote brand awareness and collaboration.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' social media activity and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.
  10. Reporting and Evaluation: Report on the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
