Job Title: Executive Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned markets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their business needs.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive growth.
  4. Product and Service Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  5. Client Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients on Spaceman applications, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
  6. Maintenance and Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve client relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT and Services sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT and Services sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
