Business Growth Specialist

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Business Growth Specialist will play a key role in driving business expansion and growth.

About the Role

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed business goals.

This includes negotiating contracts, presenting services to potential clients, and working closely with the operations team to ensure delivery of top-notch supply chain solutions.

The Business Growth Specialist will also prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Negotiate contracts and present services to clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to deliver supply chain solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Experience in supply chain management and logistics is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
