Naqshar Architects & Consultants is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee residential construction, renovation, and interior finishing projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in site supervision, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of construction and architectural details.

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for residential projects, including renovations and interior finishes.">
  • Coordinate daily work schedules, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure timely project completion.">
  • Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with a high level of accuracy to guide construction execution.">
  • Plan and sequence construction activities to optimize workflow, minimize delays, and maintain quality control.">
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including daily work logs, progress reports, site diaries, and inspection records.">

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness standards, communicating effectively with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure expectations and specifications are met, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure finishes meet high standards and conform to design specifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.">
  • Demonstrated experience in activity planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.">
  • Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and interior finishing standards.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.">
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.">
