About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Automation QA Engineer to lead our testing efforts. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.

Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong leadership and technical skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Selenium
  • Creating and executing test plans and cases to ensure software meets requirements
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Mentoring junior team members to improve their skills

Skillset and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an automation environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Programming skills in an object-oriented language (Python is a plus)
  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium
  • Familiarity with web application development principles
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
